Srini has a combined work experience of around 20 years in industry and academia. He is a BE (Electronics & Telecommunication Engg) top ranker from Bombay University. He worked in various capacities in Wipro, starting from customer support roles in Mumbai to hands-on software development to software Project lead in Bengaluru working with multiple teams and clients. This part of his career gave him extensive exposure to interfacing with clients, managing people in service roles and project teams, and international managers. It also exposed him to global work ethics and cultural differences in global team
