Sharon Lebovitz Richmond is a veteran coach and consultant, specializing in business-driven change execution. She has spent 25 years partnering with executives to build the culture, develop the leadership, and implement the strategic changes needed for their organization’s success. Clients have ranged from Fortune 50 to start-ups in tech, pharma, education, and the occasional family-owned business. Sharon has been a leadership instructor, course designer, and course facilitator at Stanford GSB. She has led Organization Change & Effectiveness practices at two boutique consulting firms, M Squared and 54th Street Partners, and she launched and led Cisco’s global Change Leadership center of excellence.
