Research details

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and the Principal Investigator of the Social Ecology Laboratory at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). My interests include personality, person × situation interactions, and interpersonal processes. My current research concerns how people’s psychological characteristics become integrated to create a coherent and unified whole and the person × situation interactions that support these integrative processes. I am proud to have twice ranked among the top ten finalists in TVOntario’s Big Ideas Best Lecturer Competition and to have previously served as President of the Society for Interpersonal Theory and Research (SITAR).
