Research details
J. Keith Murnighan was a professor of management and organizations and the Harold H. Hines Jr. Distinguished Professor of Risk Management at the Kellogg School, where his courses addressed team building, trust, and conflict, among other subjects. In 2015, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Conflict Management. He authored and co-authored several books, including The Dynamics of Bargaining Games (Prentice Hall, 1991), and Do Nothing! How to Stop Overmanaging and Become a Great Leader (Portfolio, 2012).
