Teaching interests include (Industrial/Organizational Psychology area; Diversity Science Research Cluster), Faculty Affliate, Women’s and Gender Studies Program; Faculty Affiliate, Center for Sport Management Research and Education (CSMRE). Research interests include Psychology of women and gender, Diversity, inclusion, and respect in organizations,  Occupational health psychology, Women/underrepresented minorities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), and Social identity in applied contexts.
