Research details
Dongwon is an Assistant professor of People and Organisations at NEOMA Business School. He received a Ph.D. in Management and Organisations from National University of Singapore. His research interests include group processes, leadership, work design, and positive work behaviors that can lead to synergy in groups, including prosociality, proactivity, and creativity. His research appears in academic journal such as Academy of Management Journal, as well as in academic book such as The SAGE Handbook of Industrial, Work and Organizational Psychology.
