Research details

I have been an adjunct professor at John Carroll University, and continue teaching as an adjunct at Walsh University’s Deville School of Business. My formal education includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development. I am also trained and certified in biofeedback. Additionally, I am certified to administer the Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI), which is a 360 review of competency areas that measure self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management. To further support the interpretation of the 360, I took part in Leadership through Emotional Intelligence training at Case Western Reserve University. In May 2014 I completed the Mindfulness for Professionals training at Duke University's Integrative Medicine Program. The Duke program had an impact on my being chosen as a presenter at the OBTC national conference in 2016. Leaders in organizations and academics both appreciate the significance of mindfulness in daily interactions.
