Darren Treadway

Darren C. Treadway is an Associate Professor of Organization and Human Resources at the University at Buffalo. He received a Ph.D. from Florida State University (2003) and an MBA from Virginia Tech. Dr. Treadway serves as an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Psychology and is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Treadway’s research interests include organizational politics and workplace toxicity, with particular reference to organizational politics, political skill, political will, bullying, victimization, and leadership. His research has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Human Relations. He also co-edited Politics in Organizations: Theory and Research Considerations.
