Senior Lecturer in Quantitative Sociology: My research revolves around understanding work and organisational behaviour using multidisciplinary theoretical lenses. I am particularly interested in how various characteristics of the work context affect individuals’ attitudes and behaviours at work and beyond the work domain (e.g. family, community).I examine these aspects in different empirical settings, using a variety of analytical methods, including statistical analyses of large longitudinal datasets, social network analysis and qualitative methods. I am passionate about engaging in research that resonates with HR practitioners' dilemmas related to the future of work.
